The following terms and conditions will apply for individuals or organisations wish to participate in the free 12-month trial of the Health Shield Wellbeing App, Thrive:

For all users or organisations

1. The free trial offer of Thrive is only available for users within the United Kingdom.
2. The free trial offer of Thrive is only available to users who complete the online form. Once Health Shield receive your request a coupon code will be issued to you along with all sign up instructions. This can then be passed through to your school, employer, charity or other appropriate organisation.
3. The free trial shall last for a period of 12 months (365 days) only. After this period your access will end.
4. Users or organisations not wishing to continue using the Thrive app once the free trial ends do not need to take any action - the Thrive app will stop working automatically.
5. Health Shield and Thrive reserve the right to remove or cancel the free trial offer at any time and for any reason.
6. Health Shield and Thrive reserve the right to change the features of the free trial offer and/or to change the features or functionality of the Thrive app at any time.
7. The Thrive End User License Agreement will apply to users throughout the free trial period.
8. Health Shield offer other products and services that may be of interest to you or your organisation in the future and so we would like to try to contract you towards the end of the free trial to discuss these options with you. If you wish to be contacted please tick the consent box within the request form.
