We’re excited to bring you more details about the next step in our transformation!

 

As we launch our transformed systems, we will introduce the following to simplify the way you work with us and improve the digital experience for your employees:

 

  • Customer Portal – A smarter and more secure way to administer your scheme, including accessing valuable resources, adding new members, adjusting cover levels, renewing your scheme and managing your billing and invoicing cycles.
  • Member Account – Your employees will have user-friendly access to claims, benefits, and balances in real time.
  • Health Shield Members App – Your employees can easily submit claims, access Additional Benefits and more with the new Health Shield Members app.
