Preparing for the transition:
We have informed your clients that they will need to complete a few actions prior to the launch of our new systems, if you provide Membership Changes for your clients, you will need to complete these actions.
This is required to ensure that any membership changes and invoicing processes are completed in time to enable everything to be transferred seamlessly to the new systems. We will send clear, step-by-step instructions in the coming weeks, giving notice of when things need to be finalised.
Once launched, schemes will be managed, and the secure sharing of sensitive data, will follow new processes in our new Broker and Customer Portals. We will provide how-to guides and videos to help you familiarise yourself with the new processes soon.
