Improving your Members Area

It’ll look a little different but none of your benefits are changing, just the way you access them. You’ll soon be able to login to the Members Area and access your services via Breeze, our digital health app. 

What does this mean for me?

  • Easy access to your health cash plan benefits and MyWellness services anytime, anywhere via Breeze
  • Ability to submit a claim via the app
  • Access to health and wellbeing content and wellbeing assessments to help you stay in the best of health

Do I need to do anything?

At the moment, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll let you know when it’s ready and then you’ll just need to register again, which is simple and quick. You'll need two things to re-register:

  • Your membership number (available on correspondence from Health Shield (eg. CNXXXXXXX)
  • Your date of birth

The new members experience is launching 25th April, so watch this space for more information and updates. In the meantime you can log in to access your health cash plan as normal by clicking the button below.
