Improved Members Area Now Live
Our members area now looks a little different but none of your benefits have changed, just the way you access them. You’ll now be able to login to the Members Area and access your services via Breeze, our digital health app.
What does this mean for me?
- Easy access to your health cash plan benefits and MyWellness services anytime, anywhere via Breeze
- Ability to submit a claim via the app
- Access to health and wellbeing content and wellbeing assessments to help you stay in the best of health
- Recently submitted claims will still be processed as usual
Do I need to do anything?
You’ll just need to re-register your account, which is simple and quick. You'll need two things to re-register:
- Your membership number (available on correspondence from Health Shield (eg. CNXXXXXXX)
- Your date of birth
You will only need to re-register once and from then on, you will be able to log in as normal. Exisiting partners and dependents will not need to be re-registered.
